Ilana has been researching and writing about education issues for the past four years, including topics such as educational equity, teacher and principal quality, charter schools and choice, and school performance. As an undergraduate, she worked as a research assistant for a graduate professor at Lewis & Clark Graduate School of Education & Counseling culminating in a co-authored published paper on equity issues in Oregon public schools. Most recently, Ilana completed a post-graduate internship with Teach for America Colorado and policy fellowship at Colorado Succeeds. She is excited to be continuing her work with Colorado Succeeds as the Policy and Program coordinator.
